I have been practicing farrier service for 30 years and have been involved with the horse world all of my life from pleasure to business. My basic philosophy is to approach every horse based on the individual needs by trying to start as simple as possible then systematically add procedures that are needed. I have worked with backyard horses to competitive with hot and cold shoeing, corrective and therapeutic work. I approach all my clients and horses with a professional attitude at all times.

Equine Background
Childhood - Present
I have been involved with horses, at home and professionally since childhood to the present. Started to ride at age 5 participated in 4H, pony club, fox-hunting and showed from local to USEF A rating. At age, 12 got my first pony, that lived at home with me. Have worked on several horse farms, from labor to management. Now currently running our own family professional horse operation with my wife for the past 35 years.
Current Pricing
Minimum Fee is $80 charge for one horse at one visit.
All prices with regular keg shoes. Aluminum or bar shoes, forge work such as clips, trailers, square toes and pads are extra.
